If your reference number shows several digits followed by 'B /' and looks similar to this - 1237318B/GFTHB448912, you are able to pay your balance online. If your reference number contains '/ BYO' after the initial digits and looks like this - 4498 / BYO8PQQAZPRW2, unfortunately you are unable to use our online balance payments service at this time. In this case please contact the Call Centre number provided on your booking confirmation to pay your balance.

Your booking reference is shown on your confirmation email. Please enter the numbers at the beginning prior to the letter B. (This may vary from 3 - 7 digits)
